PROFESSIONAL BIO
Adam has been immersed in the practice and business of yoga for well over a decade. He was introduced to AcroYoga co-founders, Jason Nemer & Jenny Sauer-Klein, during the organization's formative stages in 2005 and was deeply inspired by its multi-talented family of practitioners. He seized that opportunity to get on board with this global movement that has since galvanized hundreds of thousands of practitioners across 6 continents.
In the years following, Adam established himself as a leader in the AcroYoga community, co-facilitating teacher trainings with its founders and traveling extensively around the world teaching workshops, immersions, conferences and festivals. He has worked privately with some of the world’s most influential entrepreneurs, such as Sergey Brin (co-founder of Google), Robert Duffy (President of Marc Jacobs) and Lee Daniels (Film Producer & Director).
In addition to teaching, Adam contributed to the rapid growth of Om Factory as one of New York City's most innovative yoga studios during his tenure as Managing Partner and Studio Director from 2007 until 2013. He worked closely in collaboration with the founder, Faramarz, who refers to himself as a yoga anarchist. Together, they became pioneers of a new paradigm for yoga centers, balancing fun and irreverence with integrity and innovation. Adam transitioned out of his role at Om Factory in 2014 to step back from the hustle and reassess his professional ambitions. In the process, he began to systematically reorganize his approach to teaching via yogahour, an innovative method developed by Darren Rhodes. He currently resides in Tucson, Arizona, where he continues to support the evolution of yogahour alongside its core development team and explore ways to support a growing community of yoga teachers worldwide.
Adam has branched out as a Leadership Coach and Culture Consultant to Management Teams. He designs and facilitates live, interactive events that promote the principles of transformative leadership from the inside out. Using culture as a lever, Adam designs collaborative, peer-to-peer learning experiences that bring values to life and identify the optimal blueprint for team members to collaborate with high levels of trust, synergy and purpose.

THE PRACTICE
Over the years, I have been blessed by the great company of incredible teachers and dedicated practitioners who have inspired and supported me in the process of self-discovery and self-cultivation.
I am deeply grateful for the loving support of my primary Yoga teachers, Darren Rhodes & Christina Sell, whose unwavering dedication to the evolution of hatha yoga and their radical authenticity as teachers is a model of integrity that inspires me greatly. I am equally grateful to the entire AcroYoga community for all the joy, wisdom, love and support that I received during the most formative stages of my teaching career. I have studied bodywork extensively with Arno L’hermitte & Gwyn Williams whose skillful and precise approach to Thai Massage has provided me with a lifelong perspective on mastering the art of loving touch.
My aim as a teacher is to contribute to the evolution of yoga as it adapts to modern conventions and to inspire students to cultivate their personal best with courageous authenticity. I offer these holistic practices as a conduit for the heart, to reveal our true nature, our innate sense of purpose and to facilitate transformation with the support of community.
