Live Class Times (Pacific Time) To Be Announced... Currently on Pause. How to Prepare:
I'm offering these live classes because I love teaching and it brings me joy to share something that is close to my heart. These classes are offered for free to anyone who may benefit. I take refuge in the feeling of community that we can create when we move, breath and sweat together. "On the spiritual path, we walk alone. But it doesn't have to be lonely." ~ Misquoting Christina Sell |

PAST WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
Location: Yoga Oasis (Central)
2631 N. Campbell Ave., Tucson, AZ 85719 This will be Adam's last workshop as a resident of Tucson. You are invited to amplify the Frequency of Love! Notes: The workshop will include asana practice, along with some discussion and journaling. Please bring a journal or notebook. |
The Frequency of Love
The yoga practice offers a framework to cultivate a deeper relationship with our feeling state. Feeling is simply a state of deeper listening. The practice begins with an invitation to step into the present paradigm... to ask yourself the question, "what is most alive for me today?" This workshop offers a simple, practical framework to develop your practice in a way that invites more heart presence frequency. We will begin at the present paradigm, and move through stages to create clear boundaries, stand with integrity, amplify our deeper sense of purpose and embrace trust in the process. This framework is designed to help us witness the "storyline" of our lives, and step into a more conscious relationship with the limitations imposed by our own mind. It will be a joyful process ~ because JOY is the sustaining force. "When love is the strongest frequency, everything else is in service." |
The Inversions Pyramid
4-week Series This acrobatics-inspired series introduces a linear progression of drills and techniques to build a strong foundation for an inversions practice. As we move up the pyramid, you'll learn techniques to build strength, improve balance and gain endurance in headstand, forearm-stand and handstand. Regardless of prior experience, students at any level can use this method to accelerate their progress towards free-balancing inversions. This progression is designed to give you the tools to advance based on your current level of proficiency. Prerequisite: Students must be able to hold handstand at the wall for up to 15 seconds. Students are encouraged to attend classes consecutively to get the most benefit from this series. |

The Building Blocks of AcroYoga
5-week Series AcroYoga is a dynamic practice that evokes trust and connection through skillful collaboration and the art of play! This progressive series will empower students with skills, techniques and principles necessary to develop a deeper appreciation for working in partnership. This series touches upon the three primary disciplines of AcroYoga, combining Yoga, Acrobatics, and Thai Massage to create an experience that builds confidence, agility and awareness. We will explore both therapeutic and dynamic expressions of flying and partner flows, revealing techniques that make these skills truly accessible. Through partnership, we gain insight into cultivating more authentic relationships and reinforce play as an integral component of the learning process. We will work in small groups to ensure safety and encourage teamwork. |
The Dance of Joyful Partnership
A Valentine's Workshop for Couples Celebrate friendship through the dance of Thai massage and partner yoga as a way to deepen your connection with a friend or loved one. With full presence and participation, we will weave the web of interconnection through breath, movement and loving touch. We will use simple breathing and yoga techniques to attune ourselves in partnership and translate that awareness into a simple Thai massage sequence. Both partners will participate in the exchange, taking turns as giver and receiver. Please come dressed comfortably. All levels are welcome, no prior experience with yoga or massage necessary... just an open heart and a flexible mind! |
